NEW YORK (August 10, 2023) – Greenabl Shippers Association, the logistics industry’s first cooperative procurement group committed to decarbonization, announced today that Port of Vancouver USA Chief Commercial Officer and 20-Year industry leader Alex Strogen is joining the board as a non-executive director.

Strogen, based in Vancouver, WA, serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of the Port of Vancouver, USA. Before this role, Strogen held diverse management roles across the United States and the Middle East with prominent companies such as General Electric, Maersk Line, APL, and American Roll On Roll Off Carrier. Throughout his two-decade career, Alex has deeply involved himself in global maritime marketing strategies, marine cargo development, global sourcing, and ocean transport. His proactive involvement in industry-transforming initiatives, particularly those centered on decarbonization, coupled with his extensive experience and industry insights, position him as a significant addition to the Greenabl Shippers Association board.
